She wasn’t afraid to spend money to make money, as she helped us stage the house as well. Our decision to choose her and her investment in the process paid off as we listed the house on the 5th, had multiple offers by the 7th, a signed agreement by the 8th and closed the sale on the 31st of the same month. I am very comfortable in recommending Dana Hedrick as a real estate agent, for anyone in the market to purchase a family home. I gave Dana my description as to what I was looking for, age, yard size, location, floor area, flood potential, school zone, price and Dana took notes, focused on my priorities and zoomed in on a house that met all my expectations. She advised me on the need for inspections and dealt directly with the different inspectors, producing all reports in a very timely manner. Provided my mortgage company with information they requested and worked as a go between with the mortgage company and title company. There was no hitch, 'dropped catches' or mistakes. Dana kept ahead of the process and keep me involved all the way to closure. We met every deadline and closed the sale on time. Thanks Dana.

She is very well connected in the community and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to making suggestions on getting our property , bought and sold in our case.
