That is the type of personal service that she gives. I put an offer and deposit on two houses before buying my current home. After receiving the home inspection reports decided to withdraw my offers. Sold a home in 2022 for 400K in Orangevale, CA It was a pleasure working with Dana. She was always available to answer questions and in keeping us informed on the status of the sale. In addition to listing our home she provided a list of contractors for several services we might need to get the house ready for sale. Debris removal, cleaning, minor repairs, etc. All were reasonable priced and arrived within a day or two. Over all working with Dana was a great experience.
