My husband and I wanted a new home, but we were not certain about the type of home: condo or house, two bedrooms or three, basement or no, yada, yada. Enter Dana to show us about 20 different homes, all types, sizes, and neighborhoods. She was quick (lets get it scheduled), flexible (adding houses to see on the fly) and upbeat and very positive (you can add that coffee bar you want right here). We found the home we wanted in about 6 weeks. While that was all good, Dana's skills really shone after we made an offer. She kept us moving and on time in the process, deftly negotiating with the seller on needed repairs, giving valuable advice when needed, and having contacts for the services we needed to close (home inspector, financing, electricians, etc). When we missed a step, or forgot a document, Dana's text reminder was there. Coming from the east coast, I was not prepared for the swiftness of a Colorado closing. But we did it, in twenty days. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience. Dana made our buying our home pretty much stress free. My husband and I believe Dana to be an excellent realtor and an outstanding person.
