Smooth home sale with Dana D.

My mom passed away and I met with Dana to list the house in November. At the time the paperwork was not finalized allowing me to sell the house. Not only did Dana NOT pressure me for the listing, she helped me and guided me through the process. Once the court signed off, about 2 months later, I called her and within hours she had the contracts over to me and the house was listed. From the time we listed to the time we closed it was about 45 day. A great experience.
