Dana is very knowledgeable of the market she covers and she is very professional when dealing with the client, negotiating with the seller and communicating with other realtors. One of the great things that Dana does is ask the questions that the client might not think of…she looks for electrical service size, installation dates of appliances, hot water tanks and A/C units and possible leaks from the ceiling to the toilets.
