Finding the right place was the easy part. Our closing was a bit of a mess due to the seller's choice of title companies. Without Dana helping us from the background, I don't know if the closing would have actually happened! She was professional yet stern to ensure all the i's got dotted and the t's got crossed! It was a bit of a roller coaster, but the end result was that my son got the keys that day and we were able to get him moved in and settled over the weekend. I just know that this was the right place for him and I don't know if it would have come together without Dana's help! She will be the only realtor I will recommend or use in the future!
