I found Dana Combs to be extremely intuitive in how she read between the lines of my communications with her through 2 purchase attempts. When it seemed the sellers would not give us some wiggle room on the asking price, Dana found a way to get that Communicated through to the listing agent,...and then we got the counter offer we were looking for...that was Dana’s magic. She’s also “ The Best” communicator in all media, Email, text, phone calls,...immediate and always thinking 1 step ahead of the buyer so as to keep the whole deal moving forward..., no lost time due to her own need for her “personal time off”.....she was constantly in the “on” position....communicating early mornings, night times and all hours in between. Dana left us with a really good feel.
