She outlined the entire process in advance and gave us a very clear sense of her strategy — and so, as we hit key steps, we understood what was happening and why. We felt like we were all on the same page from our first meeting through closing. The ongoing conversation with her kept us at ease. When we were nervous, she was steady. When we were tired, she was pleasant. And that, really, was a big part of this. As high as the stakes were, every interaction, every call, every meeting was easy. Those meetings lightened our mood. We so enjoyed working with her.
