It was a pleasure to work with Dana. She is a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge and a great disposition. She was always on time, gave me her time if I didn't understand a contract clause, and together we sold the home in about a day. I've done this before and trust me unless you have someone smart like Dana, it can be much more difficult! She is respected not just by me but by home buyer and his realtor as well.
