I have had 2 positive experiences working with Dana Allen as my Real Estate Professional . My first encounter was meeting her when I was ready to buy a home in Denver in 2014 after moving from California. It is not an easy task but Dana's positive attitude and pointers on what to look for and her patience in going with me to look at homes in my price range and location landed a perfect home for me in NW Denver. She is a "rare jewel " and loves being in Real Estate ! In 2017, Dana also prepared and presented a very thorough Market Analysis on homes in NW Denver . This was so helpful in assisting my family in selling our family home. Dana and I still keep in touch as friends !
