Dan Zachman is great and exceeded our expectations. He helped us purchase our out-of-state home after months of searching and navigating a difficult market. Being outbid on homes you can see yourself living in was disappointing. It’s not easy to house-hunt in a state that you don’t reside in. You really are trusting the eyes and opinion of your realtor. He was always responsive and available to look at properties that fit our criteria. Dan never gave up after chasing houses all over the place for us and was always ready to go tour the next one I sent him. He was diligent about going out to see the houses right away so that we didn’t chance losing out to the fast-buying process. He was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and schools in each area. Dan was in tune with what we wanted, and we felt confident he would find the right house for us. He was so patient and also a go-getter with everyone else in the transaction. Dan was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and did not have the easiest of realtors to deal with on the Sellers end. 5/5 stars would recommend him to everyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

We’re first time home buyers (and I’ve only lived in the US 9 months) so this was a very daunting process to begin, at a very busy time of fast moving real estate. Dan was fantastic from the get go. Very professional and knowledgeable but also very easy going and personable. He really took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to, taught us (particularly me) a lot about things to be aware of, what to look out for on the house itself (3 tab shingle roof, counter depth appliances, whether basement is stubbed for a bath etc) and methodically walked us step by step from first viewing to closing. He took our calls and texts at very awkward hours (we both work nights) and dealt with our whole offer going through while he was on vacation! We really struck gold with Dan and I can’t recommend him highly enough. We’ll definitely be contacting him if we ever come to sell!
