I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since we finally signed the purchase agreement of our home! We had a great experience with Dan and he was great to work with. We were first-time home buyers with very little understanding about how to find the right home. We needed someone knowledgeable to help us navigate the entire process from start to finish and Dan was the one! He is savvy, kind, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY patient. He was accessible and always willing to meet us at every house that we wanted to see. He was always already at the home waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it or if he did not know the answer, he would find out right away. Dan is honest and hands-on. He even crawled under very low basements and into creepy attics that I wouldn’t dare to…lol. Due to this market craze, finding a home was VERY hard. He showed me at least 30 houses. It was a disappointment after another since every offer we made didn’t go through. The day that Dan showed me the house that is now ours, he opened the door and said; “Welcome home…” I just rolled my eyes thinking that this was another house that I was going to be out-bid. But we finally got a house! I appreciate him for all of his hard work and patience with us. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.
