Dan Wingenfeld

Dan Wingenfeld is my Dad and he is an excellent real estate agent that is 100% committed to helping his clients. Growing up, I observed and understood that he was always available to his clients and worked 7 days a week. While out shopping or at a restaurant together, it was common to run into his former clients and clear that he had maintained good relationships with them. I learned a lot about real estate from him before actually buying my 1st home. He recently helped my husband and me buy our first home this year and it was such a great experience. Dan knows the value of homes so you will never over pay for a property. He also knows a lot about quality craftsmanship and conversely the defects (and what they will cost to repair), meaning there will be very few surprises during an inspection. Dan is also a good communicator and negotiator and will explain every step of the process as needed. I trusted all of his advice. I highly recommend Dan Wingenfeld to everyone I know. He treats all of his clients like family.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. We looked at a lot of houses before we found "the one" and he always remained professional and patient with us, and assisted with setting up additional houses to view that he thought we might like. He definitely helped us find the house that we feel is our home!
