I got so lucky! I stumbled upon Dan and it happened to be a match made in heaven. I was ready to start the home buying process but was dreading the search for a real estate agent. I requested to see a house on Zillow during the middle of the Covid crisis and Zillow found an agent to show me the property I was interested in. I show up and there is Dan ready to show me the house. It's funny because even though he was masked, I could tell he was smiling and got a good feeling from him quickly. Everyone knows the home buying process can try your nerves but something about him brings a calm to every situation. Dan was great in every single aspect of this experience: from answer my calls and texts quickly, to sending me properties, to putting up with me wanting to go back to the same house twice in one day, he took care of me. I really can't say enough positive things about Dan. I've recommended him to everyone I know that has mentioned that they are remotely interested in buying a house. If you're a good vibes kind of person, Dan is your guys. Even if you not, this guy makes everything so easy and I feel SO LUCKY to have gotten to work with him. Thank you so much Dan!!
