Fast talker but very experienced!

Dan was very open with his schedule as we went through homes left and right. He knew exactly what to look for, and pointed out stuff that I wasn't even aware of. He was a fast talker which was a little bit of a downside, but did have to remind him to slow down a little. But other than that, as far as market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the professionalism that he demonstrated, was beyond excellent! Would highly recommend!
