I cannot recommend Dan strongly enough. His knowledge of the Denver area is vast and his ability to listen to your needs in order to find the perfect house for you is beyond compare. He wants to make sure you find the right house and is patient enough to let that happen and not just sell you a place that “almost” has everything you want. He has contacts are deep and the team he has in place made our purchase seamless. He is very responsive and was a great negotiator on our behalf. If we ever move again we will certainly use Dan to both list our home and help us find a new one.
