It was a such a pleasure to work with Dan. My fiance contacted Dan to take look a newly posted property and from the moment we met Dan we were very comfortable with his knowledge of the process. As first time home buyers Dan helped us narrow down what we were looking for in a home and helped negotiate several offers before finding our perfect house. Dan was always available to answer all of our questions and was always available to show us a property in any area. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a new home.
