Fantastic broker, knows the Cape and Fort Myers like the back of his hand. Dan is very organized and doesn’t waste his clients time looking at properties that won’t work, having accurately assessed his clients needs and requirements. Personally, I appreciated his knowledge of canals and boat access, 1031 tax exchanges, the vacation rental markets, and pros and cons of various neighborhoods considering what I was looking to do.

Looking for home in a foreign land (Born and raised in the mountains of colorado i,e, Denver - and Cape Coral is about as different as you can get) we found Dan online via his amazing website with all the nuances of this area. (bridge heights, access and time to get anywhere by boat) We had a budget and and online idea of what we wanted, Dan started us out by scheduling 6 showings the first day. By the time we had finished we had seen dozens of new, old, older, small canal, huge canal, etc...homes. The home we ended up buying was the last one scheduled on our way back to Colorado. Dan took the ball and ran for a touchdown. We now have a 2nd home that is a house of our dreams. Negotiated right, we couldn't be happier. Everything Dan has told us has been right on target. Down to the power washer for the Lanai screen!!! Great guy, honest, hardworking and smart.
