Dan was wonderful in helping our family find our dream home. He was so responsive and patient with everything. We have two toddlers and Dan was always asking, "What can I do to help?" He even ran out to get tweezers when my 2.5 year old daughter decided to see what a cactus feels like. I can't say enough positive things about him. He helped us in both selling our old home and buying our new one. Choosing Dan will be a wise decision and rest assured he will go the extra mile to support you with whatever you need. As a single woman buying a home on my own for the first time, he was very patient and knowledgable in explaining everything to me and holding my hand every step of the way. He really understood what I was looking for--my tastes, preferences and parameters--and went well above and beyond in helping me find the right home for me. He was right on it as soon as a new home was listed, and even picked me from my office on numerous occasions to view the home together, and catered to my schedule whenever possible. Dan was amazing. From start to finish super responsive, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, professional, keen to make sure we got what we wanted. Stepped in to offer huge help when we had a family emergency. Even made cookies for our daughter to celebrate closing on our new house! I did not expect end the real estate transaction with both a house and a new friend.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I visited a couple of open houses in the Davis area to speak with agents and learn about the local market months before I was planning to buy. Dan was the only agent that patiently listened and answered all my questions. A few months later when I found a home I liked, I contacted Dan to ask if he could quickly make an offer (before he was my agent) and he hit the ground running. Not only did he submit the offer in time, he helped me craft a strong counter offer as there were seven other offers on the house. Once the seller accepted the offer, Dan continued working hard to ensure the deal closed without any delays. Dan was impressively responsive throughout the whole process answering any and all questions I had. Dan is an outstanding real estate agent.
