John listened to what our requirements were and was quick to show us any new houses that came onto the market and fit those requirements. He is efficient, but relaxed. He does not try to push a sale and instead wanted to make sure we were comfortable with what we were buying. He is very easy to work with, and we were successful in getting the house that we wanted.
