Great Agent who Listens and Works Hard for You!

This is my second time working with Dan Sine, and once again, it was an excellent experience. He listened to our needs, was proactive in reaching out to us to keep us informed of progress, and always had "our interests" in mind during all of our discussions. He is highly knowledgeable of the entire Surfside/Garden City area and has a good feel for what needs to be done to "make a sale". Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the area.
