Dan, knew the market very well! I had a rental property in Surfside for about 10 years. We bought it for retirement but that never happen. Blessed to have an excellent tenant who took great care of the house. Dan went thru the house with a fine tooth comb and made some suggestions very minor, painting, Shampooing carpet, minor fixtures replaced. Suprucing up the yard and stream washing the house and driveway. Dan handled the work and it didn't cost much. The result was on the market and sold that day! I actually had a potential buyer call me after it was sold in case it fell through she would be willing to buy it. Dan handled everything, had the minor issues done by local business people. We basically showed up to settlement at Dunes Law Firm who are excellent, simply signed the papers and were done!

Dan was our realtor with the recent purchase of our new home. Being from out of state, we thought the process would be challenging, but Dan made it extremely smooth!
