My husband and I just purchased our first home this summer. Dan made our first buying experience such an easy one. We were working on a time crunch as we were expecting our first child and were expected to be out of our previous home by a certain time. House showings, inspections, and signing were all done on our time table. He gave us several listings to sort through and we chose 4 to look at first. In the end, we fell in love with the first house we saw. It was perfect for us and our growing family. Dan helped us negotiate the price and knew exactly where our offer should start and how the sellers would counter. Everything he told us was spot on and we ended up settling on the price we were most comfortable with. Everything went so smoothly and we are so happy in our new home. We would definitely go back to Dan if we ever decide to move again!
