Dan was an excellent communicator and was able to work with my abnormal work schedule to help me look at many properties. He truly wanted me to find the place that was right for me. Once we found a place he walked me through every step of the negotiation process to help me get the house that I wanted at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable about the market, and about aspects of different houses which were important for me to think about as a new homeowner.
