I’ve been in real estate here in Springfield and Southwest Missouri for just about 40 years now. Over that time, I’ve helped a lot of people buy and sell homes, more than 1,600, but to me, it’s never really been about the numbers. It’s about the people.
I know buying or selling a home can be a big deal, and sometimes a stressful one. My goal has always been to keep things simple, steady, and as straightforward as possible. I’m not big on pressure or sales tactics; I’d rather give you honest advice, help you understand your options, and let you make the decision that feels right for you.
I’ve been through all kinds of markets over the years, so there’s not much that surprises me anymore. I know the area well, I understand how buyers think, and I try to use that to help my clients stay one step ahead. Whether it’s pricing a home right or negotiating a deal, I’m always focused on what’s going to work best for you in the long run.
These days, I get to work alongside my son, David, which has been a great experience. He brings a fresh perspective, and together we stay hands-on and easy to reach throughout the process.
At the end of the day, I just try to treat people the right way, look out for their best interests, and make the whole experience go as smoothly as it can.
