I wholeheartedly recommend Dan not just because he will deliver results -- he listed our house right before Thanksgiving and was able to secure the ultimate offer by January -- but because of the professional, caring, and attentive manner in which he accomplished that considerable feat. He abides by the golden rule in all interactions with you. If you are selling a house, he will market your house professionally and relentlessly in all social media platforms but also through multiple open houses -- he held open house just about every weekend all through November, December, and January for us. Because we were relocating out of state, we had to entrust our house in Dan's hands, and he looked after it like he was the owner. He even went over to the house several times to make sure that the thermostat was set at the right temperature to prevent frozen pipes.
