Fist of all I would like to say that Dan helped me out in every way possible on my first home buying experience. There was not a time that he would not be able to answer a question for me. Dan Rushton is an outstanding real estate agent. He did a great job of writing up and promoting my home. He had a signed contract only 11 days after the home was listed, and when that fell through because the buyer couldn't get a loan, he had another signed contract about a week after the home was listed again.
