Dan Riss is absolutely amazing to work with. I can’t say enough about him! I’m a single mom and it was time to downsize from a single family home to a townhome. Dan helped me get my house ready to put on the market and I was able to get $130k more than I expected! He was extremely organized and always had all of the documents ready for me to sign.
