Dan Rathka

Dan Rathka is truly a gem. He most recently sold our vacation home in Marco Island. Dan handled all of the details we could not from afar, always on call. He brought the buyers up to the price we wanted. He also helped us find that home 10 years earlier. He took detailed notes of everything we wanted in a home. When we finally came down for the weekend he had previewed 50 homes to rule out what we didn't want. Dan also in this case he negotiated a tremendous deal. We were so lucky to find someone dedicated to his customer's needs and wants!

Dan was helpful, steady and dependable. We worked with him on the sale of a property in 2014 and stuck with him to sell a second property in 2015. He kept us well informed on market conditions and the ongoing progress of each marketing effort/sale. I recommend him.
