I highly recommend Dan Percefull as a real estate agent. Dan was very professional and communicative each step along the way. My property entered the market at a time the market was down and interest rates went up but he was very encouraging and helped me make decisions . I appreciated how he was so involved and did things on my behalf that, perhaps, other agents might have insisted I take that responsibility. I am extremely grateful for all his assistance in selling my property.
