My experience with Dan was phenomenal. Before Mr Paulino I was having trouble with other realtors trying to help me sell my property. When Dan took the initiative to contact me to help sell my property, at first I thought it was a scam; turns out he is the best in the buying/selling property industry. It took 30 days or less to sell my property. He was intuitive and very insightful.

Dan Paulino was a great help in selling my home! He is very professional, and knows what he's doing! He was able to find me a buyer for my home within no time! With Dan's knowledge and expertise, the process was very smooth, and quite easy! We were able to get through negotiations and prompts in great and timely fashion! I highly suggest working with Dan, he's great!
