Once upon a time George and Grace decided it was time to down-size. We were not sure if we would do the deed in the year 2019 or 2020. We explored the reputation of various realtors and decided to call Dan. That very afternoon we signed up with him....with complete confidence.....and a week later our home was sold and met the price of our expectations. Escrow closed quickly and painlessly. THE END (If Dan also had the skill and talent of moving our furniture to our new home, the process would have been PERFECT.)
