Dan showed the property on Thursday May 16, 2024, and I put an offer in on Monday May 20, 2024, around 5:30 PM and he got back with me within 2 hours letting me know the offer had been accepted. We closed on the property on June 18 2024 Dan did an excellent job keeping me informed and up to date throughout the entire process of the purchase.
