He was always upfront and honest with me when looking at houses, and didnhis best to keep the list of what we viewed to what I was looking for. He respected my budget, needs and time, and for that he got my absolute attention and respect back. Even after moving in, he came and assisted me with the water pressure in the new house. He handled all the contact with the listing agent, and was always ready to give advice when asked.
