Awesome. We used Dan for both buying and then selling (14 years later) our condo in Scottsdale.

As out of town buyers then out of town sellors, Dan went the extra mile of dealing with tasks that most agents wouldn't even consider handling. I was amazed at the list of things to do when either buying or selling a property. Dan stepped up on every occasion to help us handle our "to do list" making the entire process smooth and less stressful. .. and did I mention he sold our condo in three days at full list :)
