I had to go down the buy first and sell route with my previous home. While it alleviated stress in some obvious ways, it opened up other avenues of stress. I also wouldn't be home for half the time the house was up so I needed someone I know with whom I could depend on not only to be responsive to potential offers and changes in the market but if any house tasks came up along with checking on my home. Dan was there every step of the way, helping out to keep everything in check and was extremely responsive and receptive to any and all requests which came his way. There wasn't any hesitation or irritation, he just had a great attitude with everything and given his experience, I made sure to take care and attention to any detail he suggested. We're really happy that we ended up getting a great offer in the end with Dan on the timeline which we wanted and recommend him not only as an agent to help sell their home but also as a decent and very dependable person to talk to during the process.
