About Dan

Dan grew up in New Lisbon and has lived in the Juneau and Monroe County area all his life. He resides in the Camp Douglas area with his wife and children. He enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, riding UTV, hunting, and camping. He has been in the customer service field for 16 years helping colleagues come up with solutions to make their job easier and less strenuous. The work didn’t stop there, he would then personally implement that solution, building and designing exactly what was envisioned. He feels that it's not only about the service provided or the job getting done, but it’s the follow up that makes his services great. With 15 years of renovating and building homes Dan has a great deal of knowledge. With that he’s able to point out ideas that may give a property a fresh look or a new life. He has been an active volunteer Fire Fighter for several years and takes great pride in helping others in his community that are in need for help. With many years of helping others and serving his community, he looks forward to helping you. He is very familiar with the buying and selling experience. He has bought and sold several properties of his own from vacant land to residential homes. As well as maintaining and managing a rental for over 10 years. He has the drive and work ethic to make the home buying or selling process go smoothly. Whether you are buying or selling his goal is to make home buying and selling a stressless and enjoyable time.

Dan was awesome to work with

Dan was awesome to work with. He helped us with some great advice and guidance as we looked to sell our home and he handled our search and purchase of a home perfectly. Dan was very responsive (and I had a lot of questions). He always returned our calls as soon as possible. He also helped explain a lot of things that I did not understand. If I had to buy/sell a home again, I would be giving Dan a call. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Dan is very quick at getting things done to make buying a house painless. I told Dan what I was looking for and he found a few places in my preference. We had a little problem looking at one house, a few phone calls and Dan got me in to look at it right then.

Just wanted to let everyone know Dan did a awesome job

Just wanted to let everyone know Dan did a awesome job. I was trying to buy a home in Wisconsin coming from Denver. I wasn't having the best of luck with realtor's. Then I got ahold of Dan he was very responsive and was able to guide me through the process. Video tour and finally got to meet when I got to town. Honestly it really helped the process Dan Rocks!!!!!
