Dan has been a full-time Topeka Realtor since 1987 and has had the pleasure of helping over a 1000 individuals and families with their real estate needs.
A life long Topeka resident, Dan graduated from both Seaman High School and Washburn University, with a degree in Finance. He served in the financial community for nearly ten years before entering real estate in 1987. Dan's wife Julie is the Pre-School Director at Children's Day Out. Together they have three wonderful children and four beautiful grandsons.
Dan is a member of the Sunflower Association of Realtors Masters Club, and has received the Association's Andy Anderson Award, Gold Club Award and Platinum Club Award for career sales achievement. A past recipient of the Realtors Salesperson of the Year Award, Dan has served on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Association of Realtors and is a Broker Associate (most Realtors do not have a brokers license).
