Dan and his team are the best of the best. He is professional, responsive, honest, diplomatic, and an excellent negotiator. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. Without his skill set, experience, and relationships, we would not be in our home. He stuck with us through a long negotiation, and did what it took to overcome unforeseen (to us) obstacles through escrow. He has our highest recommendation.
