I am in my sixth year as a Realtor and a proud Juneau Re/Max team member. As a past client of Re/Max, I experienced quality, professional, and ethical services. It was my Realtor team of choice to join and contribute to the same quality of services. I have been an Alaskan Resident since 1976. I lived my first 8 years in Valdez, Alaska and moved to Juneau in 1984. I graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and furthered my education at San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. My wife of 29 years, was born and raised here in Juneau, and we raised 3 very active children in this great community. Our oldest son just graduated from UTPB of Texas. Our middle daughter is graduating with her Master's in Speech Pathology from Eastern WA. in May, and our youngest son just got hired on with one of our local based mining companies. My wife and I created, owned, and operated a small tourism-oriented business and sold after 14 years. We recently just sold a business that we owned and operated for the past 13 years. With all this new time on my hands, I am ready and willing to dedicate my time to Real Estate. My other work history includes: a Loss Prevention Specialist for a major chain store, a Juvenile Probation Officer, and a Juvenile Case Manager with the State of AK. During the past 6 years with Re/Max, I have enjoyed searching the market for a good property match for buyers and assisting with the legal paperwork for a smooth, trouble-free transaction. I am a true believer that Juneau, AK. is a great place to live for many reasons and I would love to assist with buying and/or selling your next home or commercial properties.
