I can't say enough about Dan Earls. From the start his knowledge and experience shined through. I was nervous and overwhelmed. Dan took me by the hand and lead me through a difficult time with ease and grace. He made suggestions on improvements while keeping my finances in consideration. I did question a few of them, but learned quickly that he was looking out for me and my best interest. He was right on the improvements which turned out a bigger profit. Dan went above and beyond many times while getting my house ready for sale, even after the sale he was there up to the end. Dan is a good, honest agent that will bust his behind for you.
