I feel lucky to have met, worked with and befriended Dan. I bought my first house with him and sold it 6 years later with him. He is personable, professional and attentive. Best communication! He alleviated all my fears and anxiety during the buying process and handled the selling with ease. The selling ran into multiple hurdles due to an existing tenant. He was able to communicate effectively with the tenant, the property manager, maintenance, the potential buyer and real estate agent and the financials. I couldn't have asked for more when I was living in a different state. He updated me frequently and I got the best outcome due to his skills. He is also super knowledgeable about construction, which came in handy while buying a house built in 1875! I could go on and on...he is that remarkable.
