Dan Cuckovic

Dan is an excellent agent. We are glad we choose him to list our condo for sale. We got offer in less than a day. From then to the closing date, everything sailed through smoothly thanx to Dan. He was always prompt to answer the call and answer many question we had in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the work he does. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dan! Responds to calls right away and always finds time to show you the properties. Also, very professional and really cool guy to work with...

Dan was the agent on selling our house in Elgin. He has made very professional strategy and helped us to get a reasonable offer within 4 days! And it was accepted! My wife and I are first time seller so we have questions, but Dan is very patient and provided us a lot of helpful guidance. He has rich experience on real estate market and response to our questions in seconds. We are so glad to have him as our agent. Oh wait, I forget to mention he only charge 1% for commission which saves us a lot of $$$! He is the guy if you need help on your property!
