What can I say about Dan… first I was just browsing the apps looking at houses and I said why not, I’ll apply for this one. Then Dan fell right into my lap. We both had no idea what roller coaster we were gonna get on at that time. But damn, it was the worst and the best emotional roller coaster I’ve been on in quite sometime. Dan busted his *** every day for myself and my kids when I reached out to look at a house. We put in about 10-12 offers in total was accepted for three but two fell through. The last one worked out great. He was always communicating with me on what was going on with the house and didn’t sugarcoat anything for me. We had plenty of laughs over the last 8 months and I will use him again in the future when I decide to sell and buy again not only as my agent but as my friend.
