Dan was very friendly and kind my husband and I are very pleased in every way he sold our house. If we were to return to Chicago to buy a house we would look him up too.

Dan was able to keep everyone on the same page. When dealing with many different teams of people; lawyers, cities, building departments, buyer agents, seller agents, city inspectors, personal inspectors and of course Homeowners Associations. Dan was there to keep everybody on schedule.
