Dan Bump

Dan came recommended from a friend who has had multiple transactions. Dan was patient and very understanding of market conditions in the area we were selling, as well as the area we were buying. He and Debbie were extremely patient as we began to understand and clarify our wants/needs and budget. His advice was timely, and his experience helped smooth over items that would have otherwise been concerning. When it came to prepping our house for sale, he helped steer our efforts in the right direction, and once listed, the home sold in 5 days, very close to our asking price.
