I met Dan by requesting a showing of a house online. He was quick to respond to the request and was able to show the house the same day. He asked a lot of questions right out of the gate to have a better understanding of what I was looking for in a home. He was always on time to showings, offered up suggestions almost as soon as new homes became available, and provided valuable market insight when making offers. The quality I appreciated most from Dan as my real estate agent..... he was not pushing me to buy something I couldn't afford or pushing me to buy a home just to make a sale. He worked to make sure the home I purchased was a good fit and ultimately what I was looking for. He also worked to make sure everything was accomplished on time and there were no hiccups once I had an accepted offer. I closed escrow in less than 30 days. Should I have any additional real estate needs in the future, I will definitely be asking Dan to be my realtor again. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, and anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient real estate agent.

We moved from East coast to West. The sheer distance and associated time delays resulted in challenges to our decision making process. We feel fortunate to have had Dan to help us through this stressful period. Dan’s leadership and communication skills, knowledge of the complicated processes involved and positive/supportive attitude were the reasons we were not overwhelmed to the point of giving up.

Dan was was supergreat to deal with the whole time. He went above and beyond as this was a long distance sale and he was my eyes, ears, and did a lot of legwork on the opposite coast from me.. he knows what to do and how to get it done. He knew the market and his price point was spot on. If I had any further need of an agent in California.. I would ask him to help me again. He cares about his listing and is very good at communication.

I have worked with different agents a few times. My son and I were new to California and didn't have any references for a real estate agent. I met Dan when sending a message on realtor.com about a property. I spoke with Dan about what type of property we were looking for. But, we kept changing our minds about what we were looking as we discovered different options. Dan had more patience with us than a nursery school teacher with a room full of young children. He had a strong knowledge of the housing market and helped us make a fair offer when purchasing our home. He is a good communicator and always returned our calls and texts very quickly. We highly recommend Dan to be your agent.

Daniel Borsch was an absolute bedrock during our recent home purchase. He was the first to respond to our Zillow request to view our first property and stayed with us and in constant communication beyond closing. Dan’s knowledge of local neighborhoods was extremely helpful and he was always gauging our comments or reactions to properties so he could better learn our needs and tailor his recommendations.
