We put our house on the market 2 weeks into the COVID-19 quarantine. Dan was very responsive to all our concerns, suggestions and apprehensions. Helping us figure out how to manage in-person showings and making sure our on-line listing was as robust as possible with video tours of the house and the entire neighborhood. 2 days after going live we had multiple offers and within a month closing on the sale well over asking.
