My experience with Shauna and Dan was outstanding. Our house had been on the market since March and it was going no where. Our former realtor took it off the market and did not want to list till after Labor Day. We felt that was unacceptable and called Dan. Met up with Dan and Shauna. 45 min. Later at the property and they immediately got the ball rolling. House was sold within a week and closed last Wed. All before Labor Day ever happened. Bonus part we were out of the country for almost two weeks while all these negotiations were occurring. They took care of everything including Septic tank work, pumping and repairs. Both Dan and Shauna were a delight to work with and went beyond the call of duty for us. Yes, I would highly recommend their service!

Compared to two other realtors that I dealt with, Dan really stood out as someone who paid the closest attention to our search criteria. He found the best places for us to view by matching our criteria with uncanny skill. I can't say enough about his skill in this area (it is so important). When it came time to make offers, the odds were against us in a strong seller's market; but Dan really knew what to do. He worked very quickly to get our offers in, and he knew how to make them look as strong as possible. We missed our first offer but we hit the second one (thanks in large part to Dan) and we are very happy. My wife and I strongly recommend Dan. He took excellent care of us.
