Damon is hands down THE BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to get our house sold for a dollar amount well above our wildest dreams AND did so in under 30 days. He then helped us find our dream home and guided us through neighborhoods we weren’t very familiar with. I won’t ever work with another agent after seeing what his extensive knowledge and experience can do. Damon us honest, genuine and an extremely hard worker (there were times he was in his hands and knees helping me finish up some gardening). He made sure every detail was taken care of from staging the home to making sure there were fresh baked cookies in the house during showings) He really took the time to listen and work with us to figure out what it was we want to accomplish. He was well versed in our neighborhood as well all surrounding areas and counties. I recommend him to all friends and family. Plus he was amazing with our dogs and 16 month old, which says a lot about a person.
